During our time at college college we were asked to visit some local business's.Our visit was to the Q Gallery which is a gallery showing the work of professional artists and which were all for sale.The work was captivating. I would have liked to have taken it all home with me :) It is well worth a visit if you like paintings. It's next to the Queens Hotel.
Our second visit was to Neo Design, which is a jewelry shop full of custom one off pieces, Tracy was a Duncan of Jordanstone graduate and she has now opened her own shop, she displays her own work as well as other jewelry designers work, it was all so different and there was sooo many pieces I would have also taken home. XD
Out third visit, final, but certainly not least was to Isolated Heros. Samantha is a Galashiels graduate she has only been graduated for a year and she has already got her own boutique shop on Asos, with unique and quirky fashion, she also sells her garments internationally which is a great achievement in such short time after graduating. The clothes were fabulous and you would certainly make a statement wearing these :3
